We purchased Sujata powermatic plus in 2018. Within 2 months it’s jar stopped functioning and we got it repaired. After 4 months it stopped functioning again because these components are of very cheap quality. There bushes in the jar, revolving components of the mixer itself are highly cheap quality. We kept Regent & Sumit mixer grinders for apx 20 long years and never faced a single issue before completion 8 -10 years..
In terms of motor power (900watts), it is good.
Build quality is HIGHLY CHEAP.
Regarding Service , that is also PATHETIC..
