I booked this hotel after going to its webiste and depositing money in its bank account in advance. I checked into the hotel and was given a room whose toilet was more dirty than the toilets on new delhi railway station. the shower was not working and water pressure was so low that it took half an hour to fill bucket. The staff was rude and not supportive. There was no responsible person to talk to. After persistent requests the room was changed but that was damp and very small. No cold water was available in the hotel for drinking. When I asked for the hot water for my infant child to make his milk, I was told to use the tap water in the bathroom as there was no kitchen facilities in the hotel. I have deposited money with them so I was forced to stay there for two days.. spoling part of my vaccation in Goa.
The rooms were dirty, you can see a peel of dust on everything. there was just one more person in the hotel. That speaks of its credibility. I made a big mistake by taking this hotel. There are plently of hotels available at that rate around this beach. i.e., colva beach.
To make the things worse, the reception counter used to close down at 9.30 PM so if you are late you will be at there mercy to get the keys back.
NO Proper rooms/toilets
NO Proper facilties like clean/cold drinking water
NO proper staff, they don’t have any manners to talk with guests
PLease avoid this hotel . To call it a hotel would be insulting to word hotel.
