I tried to recharge BSNL no- 9487390164 for Rs.110 on 1st November. My order id is 147488. The payment was successful but the recharge was unsuccessful. Next day I called their customer care and explained the problem. They said that I will get the refund. So I again tried to recharge the same number for the same amount on 2nd Nov.
At that time also, The payment was successful but the recharge was unsuccessful. I got the refund for the amount which I paid on 2nd Nov but I didn’t get the amount which I paid on 1st Nov. I again called the customer care on 8th Nov and explained the problem. They said that they filed a case and I will get the refund. But till now I didn’t get my money.
