I ordered an Apple IPAD 3 because the price quoted was the best when compared to most other sites. Should have relied on customer reviews more. Placed the order on 20 Aug 12. By 21st, the order was confirmed and on 22nd the order was ready to be shipped. This status continued till 27th- the date of planned shipping!.On repeated contacts with the customer service various stories were given about why, despite being ready to ship, they still were holding on to the item.
Finally on 28th, the cat was out of the bag. They accepted that they can not procure the item. The amount to be returned will be refunded in 15 working days! Fair enough. But the item continues to be advertised on their site for the same price and my name figures in the list of people who purchased the’non existent’ IPAD.
Please be informed. If the prices advertised are too good to be true. They actually are. They dont have any means of procuring the items. If you have money to be parked for upto a month with Sulekha. Go ahead do so. I can assure you they do return the amount after a while.
