I Purchased Sulekha Leads Package Silver - order no 255715 - on 2nd June 2016 from Noida after being canvassed by their sales executives and promised average of a lead or two leads a day and generally within a month 56 leads would get over. Result is that more than a month has passed and ONLY 2 leads we’ve got for them. Due to them we faced business loss with our sales manager sitting idle most of time for domestic clients.
They have been contacted for refund but their customer service no in Chennai gives only vague replies and have denied refund. Will now be approaching legal consumer forum but want to let the people know that buying a leads package from Sulekha appears to be a huge mistake. Rs. 5175 have been taken from us under false promises and further business loss. Think twice and do your own due diligence and take everything in written, every promise they make and if they cannot then DONT take the service at all.
