Never purchase anything on Sulekha, there are the worst it is my personal experience. They never reply to your emails and call centre number if we try calling they never pick up. I lost money cos my product was never delivered, this is first time I was ever cheated on a online booking the worst experience.
Be aware don’t purchase anything on Suleka. So my advice is never ever go this site and make any bookings.

Can we lodge a complaint against them in consumer forum.
Only once they reply to the mail and said we have sent your product in first flight but when I contacted first flight, there was no such order number existed after that I kept on writing but of no use. They never bothered to reply for one mail also the worst thing is there customer care centre number also is of no use as they never receive the call.
