Refunded the Octrai and Minicipal taxes

I have purchased online Nokia Asha 202 by seeing Quote 3700 Rs.I was getting Same phone in Showroom in pune for 3900 Rs . Once I received the phone I was charged extra 292 Rs .


Effectively I was charged 3992 Rs .


If in website  would have got clearly mentioned effective price , I might of chose another online seller or directly
