I recently purchased nokia x1-01 from Sulekha. Order date:7th December
Shipped in ten days. Product when opened had display broken. Called them ten times to pick the parcel. They asked me to mail it to first flight to pick up. Mailed them also. No response from them also. Then called Chennai office ten times and finally the person said if we can drop in the phone and we will process repayment/ replacement of product immediately.
When went to give the mobile, another guy comes in saying that broken display will be serviced by nokia. Bloody man! Then he says need to consult the vendor for the product and asks for three days. Also gets my contact number which they every time saying that they will update.
Have not received a single call till date in the name of follow up. Then called today 10 times for the person whom I spoke to. But they say telephone issue. What bloody customer service. Please don’t fall in the low price trap of sulekha.
Still waiting for cashback from Sulekha. :(
