Kindly beware of this white collared cheats. My brother had purchased a new car and wanted to provide it on rental basis. One Mr x from sulekha approached us and assured us that we will get leads and for 6 months we have to pay 6000/- .
He mentioned that we can stop the service anytime and money would be refunded. We were reluctant but he assured that we can get money if not satisfied. So we paid the money and after 1 week we did not get any leads(customer looking for car rent). Dropped an email to sulekha customer care for refund. Next day got some reference from sulekha, the number provided was fake.
We kept on getting such information but either the call would be unaswered of people would ask for some different vehicle. We smelled rat and asked to refund the money. Even after 10 emails no response. When called to customer care they say we don’t refund money .CHEATERS.BE AWARE. Never give money to sulekha for ad posting. Before giving them money, check on the internet for the complaints against them.
