I was getting continuous calls from Sulekha sales representatives for getting registered as premium account. They used to call me several times a day and convinced me to pay 7000INR for which they promised me 150 leads in and around a radius of 3KM. Post payment I started receiving useless leads from various part of the city, when I tried to address this issue the sales persons never attend my calls and there is no response from the customer support team as well. They have closed my account saying 150 leads has been generated of which not even 1 lead is relevant to me.
Totally USELESS!
They don’t know how their system works and cannot solve their internal mistake and try to fool people.
Waste of Money, TIME and Energy because of Sulekha.
If you people cant attend the call and give a solution for your internal mistake, why you people call and disturb continuously for the sake of getting the payment alone.
It is purely a fraudulent approach, You dont bother about the customer once you receive the payment from them
