On 15th August 2025, I, Aniket Bhardwaj from Dwarka, New Delhi, was approached by Mr. Chetan Khanna from Sulekha.com. He convinced me to purchase their premium package called Sulekha Impact Plus for business promotion.
Trusting his commitments, I made a payment of ₹17, 700 (₹15, 000 + GST) through my UPI ID (92@ptsbi) and my personal SBI cheque (A/c No. 12).
Chetan Khanna promised me:
Maximum visibility of my profile
AI-powered tools and insights
WhatsApp automation & CRM
Brand protection and promotions
Expert management services
But after the payment was made, the reality turned out to be completely different.
👉 Fake CommitmentsOut of the 10 promised services, most (discovery listings, AI tools, review management, WhatsApp automation, hyperlocal promotions) were never provided.
👉 Wrong BillingDespite my clear instructions and proofs from my new company ABC Chemistry, they wrongly raised the bill on my old company Zero Error Education Pvt Ltd, which is under striking-off and has a closed account.
👉 Blocked CommunicationAfter taking the money, Chetan Khanna blocked my WhatsApp number and stopped responding.
👉 Customer Care FailureSulekhas customer support is a nightmare. Out of 100 calls, they pick only 34. They keep sending fake email ticket numbers but give no solution at all.
I took the matter seriously and filed complaints with:
DCP Cyber Crime, Dwarka
Sector 9 Dwarka Police Station (SHO)
Lokayukta / Vigilance Commission
Jago Grahak Jago (Consumer Forum)
DM Delhi
Still, Sulekha.com and its representative continue to operate without fear of authorities.
Now, I am demanding:
Immediate refund of ₹17, 700 to my UPI ID / SBI account.
Compensation of ₹2, 00, 000 for mental harassment, wastage of time, and cheating by Sulekha.com.
⚠ This is not just about me. If Sulekha can cheat one customer like this, they can cheat anyone. I am sharing this so that others dont fall into the same trap.
