I got galaxy R from sulekha. The price was 1000 less when compared with flipkart and letsbuy. But one of the worst service.
They have tie-up with first flight courier which is one of the worst in the country. They didn’t even come to my house but sent back the parcel saying party not available.
Both the firstflight courier and sulekha are not ready to answer my queries. I ordered this phone to for new year gift. I dint get it even after 10 days. I am yet to get it.
I made at least 30 calls till now. I dint get any response yet. One of the worst shopping site I have ever tried.
