I have ordered a Samsung galaxy S3 with sulekha deals around 20 days back and till now the item has not been delivered to me. When ever I call up the customer care center the only response that I get from them is that it is under process. Constantly telling that for the past many days now.
Last Monday, they called up saying that the item will be shipped on Friday without any delay. But Friday also it didn’t get shipped and the reason that they say is that there is some colour shortage and told they will ship it on Saturday itself if I opt for pebble blue instead of white.
But on today when I called them (Monday) up they are telling that it will be shipped in another 2 days. No reasons as such for the delay. And the customer care executive is like we will let you know of the update in 3 days of time.
I have paid the full amount and waiting for the product for almost above 20 days now. I do not think I will be shopping with sulekha deals anymore.
Very bad experience with them.
