Sulekha.com is the biggest fraud online portal they will go to any extent to sing up a contract .
My 1st experience with sulekha was six months back when I received a call from their tell caller and she offered me a listing for 6000 rupees and confirmed me 40-50 leads which was again confirmed by their sales executive who came to my office to close the contract. But later as the time progressed I got only 4-5 leads in a months when I tried calling the executive he k\never responded and as it was just a matter of 6k I dint want to break my head for it . Later in December I got a call from sulekha executive again saying me to upgrade my package to Most preferred member and promised me to provide me leads up to 240 in a months . But I was not interested in the deal because of the wrong commitment made on the 1st deal but these people kept calling and tried convincing me to upgrade my package to MPM but I was not convinced
and I said no then the renewal team head called me and spoke to me that he will offer me two Mpm position for 38, 000/ with 240 leads for wireless internet and 140 leads for dth service and offered me 6 months emi option on my credit card and also promised me to refund my money if at all I am not satisfied with the services . So, finally I was some what convinced and thought anyways I will get my money back if at all I am not satisfied with them. So, I signed the contract and the executive from Sulekha gave me a written commitment on my contract that they will refund the money. and after few days I was started getting leads on Wireless internet but I got no lead on Dth services when I contacted them there was no response from their side then I had to personally visit their office to find out abt it and then they said by another 2-3 days u will get leads on dth and it was almost a month by then and I dint get any leads on dth service and after a month I received my credit card statement and I was shocked to find out that the contract money was not on emi but on and I had to pay the total out standing within that month ..i immediately called up Sulekha and told them about this issue and they told me sir we dont have emi facility on Citi bank where as when call was closed they confirmed me that they have Emi tie up with citi bank and now the renewal manager told me that sir if u have Hdfc card we can get u emi on that and we will refund u r Citi bank money .
So, I again believed them and made payment on my hdfc card and they promised me that the money will be credited within 3-5 days so I made only my other outstanding amount leaving the sulekha contract amount as they said it will be revised in to u r account based on their commitment paid only my other balance money and mean while I was still not getting any leads on Dth services I kept calling them on this and with no response and next month I got a big shock to see the money not yet reversed and I was charged around 1700 as interest for the outstanding amount all because of the false commitment made by sulekha and till date I have not received the money its all most 2 months now and I have already visited their office more that 6-7 times with no use. They keep saying process I done it will get credit by tom .but till today 23.03.2010 I have not received my money and or got any leads on dth where as they promised 140 leads and I have already requested to cancel my whole contact and refund my whole money back as they have given me a written commitment.
