Let me start by posting photo (attached ) here for ref.
I ordered a camera on Jun 20. After six days there was neither call nor mail about the status of the product. So I called them (on 26th). I was assured that because of logistics problems there were not able to ship and will be shipping within two days. And then I called them after two days and the day after and the day after...and this continued till today (July 5).
Im been answered by call center based at Chennai by these guys - Yusif, Sajid, sagar, Preeti, Sunny etc. and everytime I ask for the previous guy, he/she somehow seems to be absent (amazing how he takes the leave on the day I call). The status now they stated is that the product has been shipped in Aramax mode on 30th , and they cannot track it. If the product is not deliverd by the end of the day (on July 6) they will process my refund. But Im not sure that either of this thing will happen.
