I bought an HTC mobile from Sulekha as their rates were sppealing and best at the moment.
But I regret now saving just thousand bucks for such a trouble I am in.
The obiel I received didnt even turn on. It stuck at the HTC screen. I went to service center and they told that PCB of the mobile is faukty and it has to be replaced. They would give me a DOA certificate with which I would get a new mobile from the seller (Sulekha in this case). I just would have to submit the original bill to get that DOA certificate. But unfortunately, wonderful Sulkeha people neither had sent an original bill nor they are ready to send.
Once the product is sold they are as irresponsible as possible. I have called numerous number of times but, first of all, the call center number of Sulekha doesn’t connect 90% of the times, neither from landline nor from mobile. Whenever it connects somebody tells me that they will send the receipt. But I have not got receipt yet. I called today and got to know that they dont even know that a bill is supposed to be sent, forgot about it being sent already.
It has been very painful experience and I am not sure if i’ll get my money back or not.
I strongly suggest to not buy products from such unreliable sites like Sulekha. If you have to buy online, buy from Flipkart.com or amazon, ebay.
