My Brother-in-Law is doing a water can supply business. we opted for sulekha premium ad to improve business. We pay Rs 2000 for 6 months.
Problem with App.
1 no edit option - once the content entered wrongly you can’t edit.(in our case they entered as bulk water supply, we are getting leads(less than 5) for lorry water to fill tank)
- Irritating customer care - we called the sulekha cc and reported about the issue and we need to change it.
CC girl(Fathima) was laughing and says "not able to edit, no option for that, you need to upgrade to next level to do it by paying 3000 rs" WTF?
3 No email response - Support team is sleeping.
we sent email to support team for this incident and need action. No response. WTF?
We can’t reach the guy who get 2000 rs from us to get the subscription, not picking up the calls. WTF?
We then called them by telling that we are going to upgrade, come and get the money.
same day eve another guy came. So people will come only forMoney? not for service and work fault? WTF?
till now 5 months gone, no leads for us. waste 2000 rs.
