I have ordered Samsung Galaxy note 2 on 18th December 2012. Order Number: 307081. The order supposed to be shipped by 24th December.
When I called customer care to know about the status they said That I have to wait for a week to get it shipped due to "No stock".. If they have no stock why did they accept order.. and now they say they dont have stock but surprisingly accepting order for the same product even now.
THEY ARE CHEATERS... technical cheaters.... take customer’s money (39600 rs in my case) have in their "SHORT TERM FIXED DEPOSIT" for a while.. finaly says NO STOCK.. then take another 20 days to refund the money.. so if 2% interest is considered (as like credit cards) its Rs. 740 they earned... so Friends, Please be aware of the cheaters.. Dont ever think of SULEKHA for shopping.
They are high scale cheaters..I am stuck.. my money with them.. by the time I get back, all the Christmas and new year offer will be over..
