I got a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT dated 28/06/2012 with lots of cracks on the tablet screen (micromax funbook P300)
My order id: SUL6849485349 and it has been more than 17 days now they are not replacing my product, whenever I’m calling them they are asking me to wait for 2-3 days since 30th of July. I’ve called them each and everyday and also have done whatever they asked me to do to register the complain for the replacement by sending emails attaching 2 photos of the DEFECTIVE PRODUCT but still NO actions were taken by sulekha team .
Very bad site with WORST customer services and after sales services. Every time I call them a new person picks up the phone and put me on hold for very long time to let me know that they need some more time to update the inconvenience to there logistic department or vendor, etc.
