I wish I had read the reviews about this site earlier and wouldn’t have ordered the phone online. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on Nov 13th. They accepted the order and after calling them repeatedly for 3 days together (after 8 days) came to know that they don’t have stock and will need another 2 weeks. I asked them to cancel the order right away as I don’t trust them anymore and refund my money immediately.
On top of it, they said it will take 15 days to refund the money and it is difficult to expedite that process. this is totally rediculous. Anyone who read this review, please beware of buying any products from this website. They just use your money for 3-4 weeks and then refund it after earning interest on that money. Flipkart.com is 1000 times better, they have fast delivery time and fabulous customer support. Sulekha.com has people who don’t even know what customer service is.
