Bought a Micromax Fun Book on 21st of July 2012.(Micromax Funbook P300 for SUL6856665656) Got no call intimation till 26th of July. on 27 they mailed me to inform that they have some logistic issues and the order would be despatched by the end of the day. The same was despatched and I received the order on 28th in the afternoon.
When I checked the product in the evening I found that the Tablet has multiple cracks on the LCD panel. Tried to contact there Customer service number . but it doesnt work . so as a last resort mail the help-desk and hope that they would do some thing about the product .
Please suggest me any action that I can take on this regards.
As far as shopping with sulekha there are no second thoughts that it is better to shop with an established e commerce website that get frustrated regarding your decision in order to save fraction of the money one spends on the product.
