I went to watch Sultan after hearing great things about the film from my friends.
Yes. it’s not a typical Salman Khan film with some catchy dialogues and action and of course too little space given the female lead. Sultan is different. The film has a great story and sub-plots. Above all, it’s a love story. After seeing the trailer I thought it’s just a sports film but the plot revolving around Sultan(Salman) and Arfa(Anushka) is written really well which kept me hooked.
Both the actors played their part well. A special mention to Randeep Hooda who I felt did a great job though his role was not that lengthy. I liked the film’s music too- especially "Jag Ghoomeya" and the energetic title track. Overall, I felt, the film is a good one compared to other commercial flicks with no story at all.
