Recently I appeared in a test (aptitude & psychometric) conducted by SumTotal Systems. After the test, I could not understand the intention of the test cause world leaders and other reknowned organizations do not conduct these tests to recruit people at bottom to top levels. I could not understand what the organization wanted to showcase to the external world. If thats the criteria to recruit people then SumTotal should focus on recruiting only freshers as the test pattern is to find a fresher inside you :)
Moreover, SumTotal eliminates people on the basis of the test and does not even consider taking interviews. In such a case I hope the organization recruits people who are good in solving tests and not at all technical :) To me this message should go to all of you who are considering SumTotal as a viable option.
Please choose whether you want to go back to school by appearing in a test or want to learn technical knowledge. I hope Mr. Arun Chandra understands and makes the test such that no one gets through including himself. :)
