I guess I am writing too late a review for the movie but it deserve a review and I want people to watch this movie after reading this review if even one person will watch the movie after reading my review my motto will be fulfilled.
Now-a days it is very hard to know about a movie from Trailers or Previews. Once the movie is released everyone starts rating it according to them and believe me Every Human in this world is different from other and it is our perception which defers from each other.
So A Request to everyone reading this review that please do not be a prejudiced untill you yourself sees it.
This movie can be said as a sequel to Rang De Basanti but lack of Star Appeal costed the movie dearly but I don’t think a movie can be judged by how many people have seeen it ... it is we who should judge any movie according to our ownselves.
The Movie is about Young Generation their masti their fun and their interaction with reality by accident but when they face it they fight with it and conquer it.
Rang De Basanti lacked in one thing that it shows the activities of young people like fun, masti and all but the real action taken by Youth in the movie was somewhat impractical and iilogical. As you can’t kill a minister and it will not solve any problem.
Summer 2007 hits bull’s eye in this aspect as it has shown some way to people who need to see what can be done for society’s improvement.
*Summer 2007 is the only movie which has shown the downtrodden Cotton Farmers of Vidharba Region where suicide has become the only way to escape.
Most of people like few my friends must be saying the villagers and their condition shown in the movie is hypothetical but I want to tell them that it is true and it is happening and that you can see in the end of the movie where all details were shown for real data. Maharastra’s Chief Minister is attending Bollywood award functions and neglecting such condition of there farmers.
This movie is about 5 young MBBS students having fun in college and their decision to serve villagers for fun but somehow they got struck in there to see what is happening to their disbeilef.
At the end of it they start helping in someway or the other and saves the Guy who is helping villagers by providing MICRO LOAN to them from local money landers.
This movie is a must see and please watch this with open mind.
