Suncity consists of two cinema halls located in Vile Parle ( East ) just opposite Shaan cinema hall.The second and third floor of the building have the premium and executive seating area of screen 2 while the fourth and the fifth floors have the premium and executive seating area of Screen 1. This location of Screens and class can be a bit confusing however the liftman will always take you to the right floor. The waiting area outside the movie hall is plush and has cafetaria, pop corn and ice cream counters.
The snacks are priced on the higher side. I always go for the veg roll combo which costs Rs 30.THe veg roll is really good in taste.Popcorn is priced at Rs 15. The interiors of the cinema hall are very good. A/c really works here. Sound system is good. Seats are pushback and have coffee holding slots on the arm rest. The only demerit of this cinema hall if I may say so is that the feet space is very less and hence if someone comes in after the show starts it is really inconvinient for that person to get to his seat. However if you get in early , there ought to be no problems.
Suncity is located about 7 mins walking from Vile Parle station (E). The location of this theatre is very convinient and its really a pleasure to watch movies here. Pricing of the tickets is on the higher side but the crowd is decent and you get your money’s worth as far as the ambience of the cinema halls is concerned.
