I was using a loacl cable connection, where I was having all sorts of problems in the world ---Frequently sun network channels were blocked, there were instances of no connectivity for a longer period, high cost of Rs.200/- per month, poor clarity etc.
Now, I have switched over to SUN DTH. Quality of the picture and sound is excellent. With in 2 hours I got it installed and it was activated with in half an hour. Service was good and I need to pay only Rs.75/- per month after one year, where as BIG TV does not specify the subscription charges after one year. Only drawback is some of the popular sports channels such as ESPN, Star Sports and Star Cricket are not available.
I hope that new sports channels will be added. Comedy thirai channel is one of the plus point, however, there are no special programmes in the channels. They show only Same old clippings and retelecost the comedy program.
