HAVE A SUNDIRECT DISH IN MY HOME, ALWAYS NETWORK PROBLEM AND ALSO SOME CHANNELS NOT COME PROPERLY.
WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CONSOLE THEY NOT RESPOND ANY KIND OF REQUEST.
CALLED TOO MANY TIMES AND THEN THEY ACCEPT MY REQUEST FINALLY, SENT A TECHNICIAN. THAT TECHNICIAN CHARGED HIGH WAGE OF MONEY AND VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CONSOLE TO COMPLAIN REGARDING THIS TECHNICIAN MATTER BUT THEY NOT ACCEPT MY COMPLAIN. ONE OF THE WORST DISH TV. AND FINALLY CHANGED MY DISH NOW I AM HAPPY WITH IT.
