Today I recharged my account with 1150 Rs and tried to renew my existing package online, but I am not able to do that, as the stupid site, did not allow me to do it.
Then I called customer care provider, luckily it got connected to a person after 5 min. Then he talked about my existing plan details, and asked me to change the mobile number, which I do not want to, so he disconnected the call.
This shows how these people are handling from direct customer service desk.
Some body please take action against them.
