Sun direct customer care is the worst ever customer care I have seen. I have been trying to get my dish re-aligned to the new satellite from past 2 months and whenever I call them, they will be saying it will be done in next 24 hrs. But that 24 hrs will never come.
And the customer care guys does not have any respect to the customers. When on call they will be speaking to their colleagues or will be putting the call on hold and will never come back(I have waited for 15 mins on hold and then disconnected the call).
Once their technician has called me saying that he will come and do the re-alignment. I was waiting for him a long time and then gave a call to him after 30 mins of the scheduled time. He said he cannot come that day and will come next day. Next day onwards he is not even picking up my calls.
Not sure, how a company with such bad respect to customers is still surviving in this competitive world.
If anyone is planning to take sundirect, my only advice is "DONT PULL YOURSELF INTO TROUBLES AND MENTAL TENSIONS".
Its better to take a normal cable connection instead of the sundirect even if the rental is bit more. The money you are saving on sun direct rental wont be sufficient to make calls to their customer care. On a total you will be paying more than any other connection. Might be they would have been into some sort of agreement with telephone operators, so that they will get some commission on the calls made to their customer care.
I dont have much effective words to describe my feelings. I can only say SUN DIRECT is the worst of worst product I have ever seen.
PLS STAY AWAY FROM SUNDIRECT. IT IS HARMFUL TO YOUR MENTAL PEACE.
