There is a antenna realignment required to tune to the new satellite. We have been giving complaints for the past 2.5 months. Till now no one has come and realigned the antenna.Every time the answer is, we will come in 3 days and day by day the number of channels broadcasted reduced on the old satellite and today we find that we are not getting a single channel. I tried contacting them and by sheer luck got through the line after trying for 1 hr. and they told me they will attend to my request in 4-5 days.
Inspite of making the yearly payment, we are unnecessarily suffering, no chance to even get the daily news. !!!!!!!! PATHETIC .. if there is any other word to give the meaning of worst of worst service that would be what I can give for sun direct. They are least bothered about their customers as far as they got their revenue......!!!!!!!! I wish government has a forum to listen to all these complaints......
