I am using sundirect subscription more than 6 years, usually I recharge it for year subscription.
Past 4 months some of the channels has been blocked/getting no signal message If I give call to customer care they register a complaint, before they resolve problem you will receive resolved message from sundirect.
They dont care for good customer service
Always customer should be ready with 150 rupees to pay their technician
Dont go for sundirect better buy some other DTH not sundirect
