After few days, I decided to add on Rs.25 for a month for Sony SET Max to get IPL matches. Purchased recharge coupon worth Rs.25 and called to Karnataka customer care numbers.
It always says the route is busy. It took three days for me to speak with a customer care executive, he doesn’t know in which channel IPL was showing and he couldn’t do the recharge it for me. Finally decided to use the coupon for the next cricket match.
Finally ICC world cup is on. Still the "route is busy".Pricing is good comparing all other providers. Get the connection, if it is working that is fine. Forget otherwise about the TV. Also, the website is worst. I feel I am lucky because I could log to my account atleast once.For any chance, if you want to talk to customer care people, I do not know whether it will happen or not.
