Sometime back, I have taken sun direct connection. They are just cheating and looting their existing customers. They have discounted offers to lure new customers. But from existing customers spinning money for each additional service.

I have taken south pack. There are channels like NDTV in the offer. Suddenly they were stopped telecasting. If I want them now, I have to go for additional package. Now I am getting mere 80 channels. Site maintenance is so pathetic that login screen never works. There is no feedback link on the site.
When you call customer care numbers are always busy even in the midnight and early morning.
If you manage to get in line with customer care, they torture by means of security asking entire details from Smart card number, entire address and mobile number. There are options to speak in regional language and English. But they never speak in English. Even when they speak in regional language, you cannot get required information.
