Yes, they cheated me. I have recharged my account through Sundirect portal by login to my account using my credit card. The transaction reflected in my credit card account (paid to Sundirect) but never in Sundirect account. I called helpdesk and opened a request. After 2 days, I received a call from Sundirect, they told me that they received the amount but due to some technical problems, it didnt reflected in my account and they will be refunding the amount. But I never received it back. After 15 days I called again and shocked by their response that they havent received money from my credit card. I opened a dispute with HDFC bank regarding this issue.
They asked me to provide a confirmation email from Sundirect that they havent received this amount. I have opened a ticket with Sundirect on 31-May-13 and called 4 times between 2-May-13 and 11-May-13. Every time they told me that their back end team will call me. At last their backend team called me on 11-May-13 and assured that they will provide me the email. But I never received an email. I understand that I was cheated by Sundirect.
