Very pathetic Service in Pune.

I am Vaibhav Joshi. Want to share experience related to SUN DTH subscription and the frustration I had because of their service. My SUN DTH smart card ID is 41139467686.


I saw advertisement of MyPack on Sundth site and called Lakshman Prajapati of Diamond electronics for installation. My DTH + STB was installed on on 17-04-2009 after this my problems started. As of now(22-04-2009) my connection is not active.


I Called up dealer who gave contact number of a so called head of SUN DIRECT Pune operations. I called him up and got various promises like our NETAS. But nothing was fulfilled. Deadlines and expectations all gone into dustbin. They kept on extending timeline for activation giving different reasons. Technical problem, Connection refresh, Activation procedure by Email are some of common reasons among them.


Today my DTH is supposed to be activated by 7 pm ( again a new excuse). I have no idea about my Range of Programs: rating is based on experience upto now ( before my connection is active). I just wonder how can one live and aspire to become No.1 DTH player ? I am completely repainting on my decision to buy SUN DTH. My wife started laughing at me because of this decision.


*Today (23/04/2009) sun dth person had given me timeline upto 12:00pm which he failed to met. I asked to take away DISH+STB. He was agreed for that and ready to return my 1550/-. This is height of shamelessness. You can’t activate one connection for 6 days and finally give up.
