I stay in bangalore. I don’t want to go for local cable as I know that quality of the channels wont be good also they are not ready to give us back our advance amount. Also not more tamil channels what I need. So thought of going for Sundirect Dth which has many tamil channels and quality is verygood because of the MP4 technology. So went to an subdealer in our area and enquired about it and paid 2000 rs and took a coupon from him. later after 3-4 days persons came and installed the connection. I have given them 150 extra after installation.
Then it is working for 3 months without any issues. But one day it stopped working suddenly. So I called the service center and they registered the complaints. After 10 days after making regular calls they have send some persons. They came and started trouble shooting with the antenna. there is only one part in the antenna called transponder. They dont knw that also. They told 1st that my connection is not working because they have installed in wrong place where signal wont come because of the water tank. And they told me they need 300 for reinstallation if I want.
As I dont have any other option told ok. They reinstalled it in other place and checked it again and found it is not working still. Then they tried changing the transponder and it worked. Later they told I need to pay 400 for transponder if it has to be replaced. When I asked about warranty they told they wont give warranty for this. I dont knw why. Later they took 500 from me and left the place. Now it is working fine after paying 500. I suggest people to go for it if you stay out of tamilnadu. You are lucky until it works. If it stops working then its your bad luck
