Worst Service ever experienced

I have a Sun Direct which I want to migrate to HD. I raised a request on Sunday 1/23. A sweet voice confirmed my booking and gave me a ref. no. And promised the installation will be done within 48 hours. I called on Tuesday evening again since no one even contacted me by cell no. This time help desk apologized for inconvenience and promised to respond immediately and by Wednesday any morning it will be installed. Nothing happened. Again I called on Wednesday evening, this time the promise was to complete the request by Thursday morning. Nothing happened. Thursday morning again I am calling and I wanted to talk with a supervisor, supervisor promised that at any cost the installation will be completed by Thursday.


Finally I received a call from Bangalore distributor at around 10 am and a promise made that by 3 PM on that day the installation will be done. No response. I called this time the distributor on the no which he called me, he said the people are on the way:). I called again at around 6.00 PM, he is lying again and state that it may not possible today, we will do it tomorrow.


I called the helpdesk and no supervisor ready to talk this time. I said’it is a shame on you guys, if you are not capable of running this service, better quit rather cheating the customer’. before I say above word I confirmed that they are recording it.


I am very much worried, who can correct these crocodiles in this country! does the consumer ever need to go through these painful experience?
