It is to our misfortune that we took a sundirect connection. If u contact these people to say that u want to take a new connection, they will send the technician within 2 days, but if u get any sort of problems with the dish or settopbox or if we dont get any channels, never expect them to solve this. there was a satellite problem last year, that is, the dish had to be tuned to another satellite. we called up the customer care several times, but no one turned up. they even advertised on their tv that the technicians will be coming to tune the dish. what we did finally was logged into the net, searched how to tune the dish and we did it ourselves. after that, another problem after a few months, we were not getting any channels. we contacted even the nodal officer, but even they are not ready to speak to us.
SUNDIRECT IS THE WORST DTH PROVIDER IN THE WORLD. NEVER TRUST THOSE PEOPLE.
