They are cheaters. When you recharge the account is not credited. After taking to their stupid Call center, the amount got added in the account. Then the TV was not working, Now they say that they have technical problem, that is the reason it is not working.
Three days over and still it is not working. Who is paying for these days when the TV is not working? They are saying it is 1 month / 3 months / 6 months, but actually when you recharge it would do for 30/60/180 days, by this way you would loose 1 to 3 days. The account should expire on the 30 day but you can see that the TV will not work from 30 days itself for which they have already taken the money.
I have 2 connections and their customer for 4 Years, the way they treat us is so bad. Enough is Enough moving to some other service provider.
SUNDIRECT IS ULTIMATE CHEATERS. AVOID THEM.
