I HAVE TAKEN SUNDIRECT DTH ON 26.11.08. BHAKTHI(TELUGU) CHANNEL


IS THE MOST FAVOURITE ONE FOR OUR FAMILY. AT THE TIME OF TAKING


CONNECTION, THE CHANNEL IS IN THE FREE PACKAGE.


SUDDENLY DURING FIRST WEEK OF DEC 2008, THE BHAKTHI CHANNEL


HAS BEEN REMOVED BY SUNDIRECT. I REPEATEDLY REQUESTED THEM


TO REINTRODUCE IT. THEY CONTINUE TO REPLY THAT THERE IS PROBLEM


WITH BHAKTHI CHANNEL AND IT WILL BE INTRODUCTED SHORTLY.LIKE


THAT.


ONE MONTH PASSED. WE ARE MISSING BHAKTHI CHANNEL.


BY THE ABOVE, IT IS ESTABLISHING THAT SUNDIRECT IS NOT HEEDING TO


CUSTOMER NEEDS.


NEGLECTING CUSTOMER NEEDS IS INTOLERABLE AND REQUIRE TO BE


CORRECTED.
