I got sundirect FREE with my samsung LCD TV and since then I have had a horrible experience with them...their service is good for nothing and the channels never work...they have a lump of fools sitting in service desk and never even know to speak proper English...my connection has not been working for 2 weeks now and nobody has come to rectify it after several calls to the customer service desk.they will say it will be resolved it 24 hours and never send any body...
Even if any body gives this for free never buy sundirect....never believe their advertisements....they will give you both money loss and mental pain...i am changing my connection to a different service provider today..hope I will be relieved of these people from today.
