I tooks a connection of Sun Direct "Freedom Package malayalam" and paid Rs.2400/- instead of Rs.2250/- (Addl. collected in the name of activation charge). After a great difficulty, on the 3rd day, the technician came & asked additional Rs.100/- for activation. Thus total I have paid Rs.2500/- . The agent name was M/s. Pawan Electronics, Bellary, Karnataka.
I have made complaint to Sun direct also but the response was very poor. Their customer care numbers are not at all accessible. They are also replying through email. Once I have made the entire payment & submitted the required address proof, why the delay in activation ?
Even if the agent is not responding, Sun direct can directly activate my account. Instead of that , they are forwarding the mail to the agent.This is absolutely nonsense. My sugestion is not to go for Sundirect and we, customers has to inform media to stop the sweet advertisement giving by them.
