Service and support is worst. I have raised a complaint on Dec 17 with an SLA of 48 hours. The support complaint got closed by technician twice without closing the issue.
I fought with them for a two weeks and technician came on Dec 30 2016.
If you need good service please opt for alternatives.
Picture quality is ok. But this is an area of improvement for sun direct.
Value for money - OK so far it works. In my case it is worst because I happend to pay 20 days charge even if it does not work.+ service charages for house visit.
