This is the Worst Service I have ever seen in this Holy World!. When thinking of such Service Providers.I am remembering of "Anniyan" Movie. Someone like."Anniyan" should be in this world teach a lesson to this Money eating company owners. For the past 3 months, Im not getting channels.and Making cals for minimum 30rs per day for last 3 months.just because, I made a blender mistake for subscribing for 1 year.
Almost I have lost 2500Rs for just calling customer care. They keep saying the Same story, "YOUR ISSUE HAS BEEN REGISTERED.WE WILL FORWARD THE COMPLAINT TO THE BACKEND TEAM.WITHIN 24 HRS/48HRS/72 HRS YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED". And the Clever Sun Direct Provided Toll-Free Number for New Connections and Normal landline Number for Customer care.You will charged for every minute/second you waste your time telling your issue.
When Initially giving connection, the Customer Care says, 100Rs will be charged.But, the technicians will charge you 250Rs saying 100Rs for Sun Direct .150Rs for Him.And if any problem comes in the "Set-top Box" which belongs to Sun Direct.Technicians will charge you 250Rs to 750Rs saying.he changed Capacitors, coil winding, thread winding and all stories.Actually, the truth is Sun Direct should get the Set-top box issue fixed as they are the owner of the box.
Right from Top management till the End Technicians.Its absolute.Thiefs! Job is to think .how to steal money from people.!
Strongly suggesting.Please Dont fall Prey for the Sexy/attractive Ads given by these cheaters! its not Worth it!
Seeing all this .I feel the Old Cable T.V System is far better.
