I have been using this SUN DIRECT DTH since 2 yrs.I had a very much bad experience with this DTH connection.At my last recharge for 6mnths, I didnt get the chennels upto 1month.After calling so many times to the customer care, at the time also, they are able to understand even our small problems. They are simply asking us check whether the wire connection are correct are not. Again and again after a long discussion they informed that the dish may be in correct satellite position and they sent the person to reset the satellite position with a charge of Rs.200. I never expect that this DTH service is such a worst service.If we dont use this connection for 1 mnth, again we have reset the dish with a charge of Rs.200, so in every time of recharge, i am giving extra 200 to my activation of channels.So, my kind advice to all Indian customers not to buy this worst SunDirect DTH connection to ur Best T.V. and from today itself please avoid the foolish decision of buying SunDirect DTH connection.
