I really had a very horrible experience with Sun Direct Customer service and their product. For god sake please don’t buy Sun Direct DTH. You will go absolutely mad if you call their customer service. I had issue with DTH box and I was calling them nearly for 1 week and the problem is not resolved and they will give you the same answer ( will send out a tech within 48 hours) many 48 hours and 24 hours passed by still the problem is not fixed. If you ask for a supervisor they won’t transfer the call to their supervisor .
Their product same like their customer service. They have signal problem and it takes longtime for the Set box to reboot. Please stop subscribing to SUN DIRECT DTH .
