Due to the switching of the satellite, the channels are goofed up and have very limited channels. The customer care does the verification, making you feel like, you are going to do a telebanking worth a million. They promised for free service in 48 hrs, and made me take down the 10digit reference number, and that the service never happened. When called up after a week, got a response that the request is expired(without providing the service:(). Redirected to a local distributor, and the number is switched off for ever.
I had renewed the subscription for another year in advance, and has to loose the money for a new service provider. My humble request, PLEASE DO NOT BUY SUNDIRECT.
