Worst dth service. Customer service is very bad, they r just taking our complaint and the engineers are not at all responsding, they not ready to come to our place to solve the problem, simply telling us to check with other local technicians, i just made big mistake that i changed from Videocon to sundirect, this is very very very worst service proving dth, i don’t want to give half star also, but not able to submit the review so giving 1 star
