If I decide a product or anything, I will just read only positive comments about the same. So the same way I followed for sun direct also and I got paid for that. They installed sun direct hd and the very first day evening I got signal problem. After 6 pm, I could not watch HD channels till morning 8 am. I complained cc and they asked to pay 150 rupees to adjust the signal level which I was facing from the installation. Problem solved after 4 days. and exactly after 1 month I got another issue that I could not watch any channels and I could always see the TV screen displaying with "Loading".
Again I complained and they charged 150 rupees and taken the STB. After 3 days, they came back with same STB and fixed but same problem was there. That service guy said sorry and taken the STB back. I am calling them for past 6 days but no response and still I didnt receive my STB back. The worst DTH service compare to airtel which I am using for past 2 years.
Very irritating DTH service by sun direct.
