My old cablewallah was better than this

SUN Direct has come a long way in establishing the fact that it holds the No.1 position in poor customer service.


Since the last breakdown of SUN Direct’s services, we are left with hardly less than 20 channels to watch.  For the past three months, the 001 channel kept displaying the message that my equipment needs to be upgraded for better performance and this will be done free of charge by the technicians.


No one turned up until today for this purpose. After repeated calls to the local Distributor, Trade Horizon Pvt. Ltd, Sudhamnagar, Bangalore  (080-22106761), I was redirected to the dealer where I purchased the equipment.  The dealer had no clue about this.  All he said was the dish needs to be realigned and the technician will drop in anytime and he gave me his number also (Murali - 9632584373).


I made more than 50 calls to this person to come and rectify this problem.  To my surprise, this person keeps telling me even now that this is not free service and I have to pay for this realignment.  He also says that he has to spend on Petrol out of his pocket to attend my problem and so he will come whenever he comes closer to my residential area.


Anyone from SUN Direct has any responsibility, please reply to this.
